SUNSETTING
The time has come and the sun is setting for Napili Noho. We are grateful to have been able to serve our community over the past 13 months, acting as both a conduit for essential goods and a space for healing together. By summer we had distributed over $15 million in food, medical supplies, hygiene products, and more. We could not have done this without the help of countless committed volunteers and staff.
As Lahaina transitions from immediate relief to long-term rebuilding, Napili Noho has always intended to be a temporary, emergency-focused organization, and we are proud to have achieved our goal. Mahalo Nui for your understanding and support.
MAHALO !
Nāpili Noho wishes to give big mahalos to all the individuals, families, organizations, businesses & corporations that have helped us with donations of ALL KINDS from the very beginning. Without you we wouldn't have been able to accomplish what we have !

BULLETINS
And we even added a sub section called Coconut Wire so you could easily view our partners Instagram feeds (latest partners bulletins).
VOLUNTEER
We are no longer accepting volunteers. When we did volunteers could help us at the hub to organize & distribute supplies. Our journey was fueled by the contributions of volunteers & donors like you.
First, you would create an account with the app 'SHIFT', then login to reserve Napili Noho volunteer shifts. Only 1 person could reserve shifts per account. *Notifications may come in your local time but all shifts will always start at 8:45am & 12:30 pm Hawaii Time (HST).
We advised full day volunteers to pack a lunch. And all volunteers to bring water as we no longer have a water filtration system.
DONATE
Financial donations where crucial for our day to day operations and our long term plans. Our journey was fueled 100% by the contributions of volunteers and donors like you.

Nāpili Noho
OUR START
Following Lahaina's devastating fire, Nāpili Noho was born as a Families Helping Families collection point. West Maui was isolated, no electricity, no communication, closed roads. Our community faced critical shortages: food, water, fuel, medical assistance, and essential supplies. We set up operations to receive and distribute the emerging inflow of supplies, info & resources arriving from various channels.
OUR MISSION
Was to serve as a community hub for the constantly evolving needs of our westside community. Empowered by partnering with various organizations & nonprofits, we offered a wide range of services & resources focusing on those directly effected by the disaster in Lahaina.
Come to Nāpili park, raise your spirits & get support with food, water, care services, live music, resources, events & more as available.
Nāpili Noho was a lifeline for many through the evolving aftermath of this Lahaina disaster.
OUR FUTURE
We were committed to standing with the families of West Maui and to empower them with our emergency resources for as long as recovery takes. With the help of generous donations and strategic planning we developed our distribution resource center and a temporary community and education resource center.
This initiative received verbal support from local and state governments. Maholos for joining us in this effort to meet the needs of our community until Lahaina is reborn.
